Nye Estate and Minor International, earned the Property
Development of the Year 2020 award for their Park Silom
project. communities, and the lives of everyone in
the Silom area

construction and creative space division. It also considers the
living standards of the building’s tenants. To facilitate and
achieve the correct balance for city life totally, we will
improve the quality of life by providing a big green area in
front of the only building on Silom Road.

Nye Estate Co., Ltd., was the representative to receive the award.

Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL) presents the
Property Development of the Year 2020 as the main prize to
celebrate the most perfect property from over 600 projects
selected from 49 nations. In the year 2020, the Park Silom
project entered the competition and won the Property
Development of the Year 2020 award for the design of office
buildings and commercial shops, predicting that this project
will transform Silom into a future neighborhood that
combines diversity, not only for business, but also for the
intentions of Nye Estate and Minor International to create a
new lifestyle for building users and people in the community
from the undeveloped.

On an area of more than 6 rai, the Park Silom project is ideally connected to both the BTS SkyTrain and the
Metropolitan Rapid Transit (MRT). The structure has 39 stories in total and is divided into two sections: The bottom
level community mall has 5 storeys of office buildings and co-working spaces with a total rental area of over 65,000
square meters, or more than 2,000 square meters per floor. Park Silom is also notable for its large green space, which
includes both a portion of the Sky Garden or the flaoting garden visible from the front of the building, as well as a
green area larger than 1 rai in front of the building that is provided as a place to relax and help fill the fresh air for
Silom Road and the people who live nearby.
