When our new capital Bangkok began to rise 1782, so did our community. We saw our people rise, gather and celebrate the moments that matter most.
It wasn’t until 1804 that our community saw the diverse interaction of locals and foreigners, this sparked a thriving economic and cultural exchange.
From 1893, Silom experienced the benefits of connectivity. At the many crossroads, livelihoods flourished to support the growing community.
From as early as 1967, renowned financial groups headquartered their offices on Silom road, giving birth to the nickname ‘The Wall Street of Thailand’
Leading up to 1967, the daily buzz from our business hub turned into night, our streets would light up as an enduring attraction for tourist and expats.
In 1972, the Sibunruang 1 building was built by the generous Sivadol family, and was considered the tallest building on Silom Road with seven stories.
By 2023, Park Silom will bring a sense greenery into our community by creating a dedicated open space in the epicenter of Silom, returning nature back to our community once again.
