NYE & RGP Development Co., Ltd., developer of Park Silom (Park Silom), a new mixed-use office building in the heart
of Silom Road, has won the Best Office Development Asia Pacific award at the International Property Awards in the UK,
an award given to real estate and architectural firms in various fields and all related companies.

Mr. Sutee Limpanachaipornkul, President of Nye Estate Co., Ltd., representing Nye and RGP Development Co., Ltd.,
the developer of Park Silom (Park Silom), was awarded Best Office Development Asia Pacific by "International
Property Awards" in the United Kingdom. The Best Office Development Asia Pacific award is presented to real estate
and architecture firms from all areas, as well as all linked businesses. The competition is split into four major categories:
1. Construction 2. Design of Interiors 3. advancement 4.Real estate in nine African countries. Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada,
the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States are all represented.
The awards are judged by a panel of highly experienced real estate specialists, each of which is classified into a specific
category, and Park Silom entered the competition this time in category 3: Development (real estate developer)

of land near to Silom Road. The ground floor of the five-story building will be a Community Mall zone with numerous stores to benefit those who work or reside in the Silom region. The Community Mall on Soi Sala Daeng 2 is a public zone where
individuals can enter and shop conveniently. The project is designed and developed in accordance with international
standards for energy-efficient building design (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design: LEED) as well as requirements
for improving building users' health (WELL) International Building Standard). Another highlight is the Park Silom project,
which focuses on the big green area in front of the project to create "The new breathe in the heart of Silom", a place where
everyone can come and rest and breathe fresh air via innovative design.
